Sun of devotion, Stream of Blessings is the record of a remarkable series of powerful and clearDharma teachings given by Kyabje Lama Zopa Rinpoche in England in 2014 and presented here in a form that retains the flavour of a great master giving precise instructions to the students sitting before him.

In this book Rinpoche emphasises how the guru is the most powerful object of our Dharma practice, explains how to take care of our minds so that our happiness is in our own hands, gives profound teachings on the Buddhist philosophy of emptiness, discusses the need for ethics and a solid refuge, shows us how to cut the root of samsara, extols the great qualities of Khadro-la (Rangjung Neljorma Khadro Namsel Drolma), the incredible being who has become so important to Tibetan Buddhism, FPMT and the world, and explores why practicing certain tantras is so important for others and ourselves.

Lama Thubten Zopa Rinpoche was born in Nepal in 1945. From 1956 to 1959 he studied in Tibet and then India, where he met Lama Yeshe (1935-1984), who became his principal teacher. In 1969 the Lamas began teaching Buddhism at Kopan Monastery, Kathmandu, and in 1974 began teaching around the world. In 1975 they founded FPMT, an international Buddhist organisation of which Rinpoche is the spiritual director.
